Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026

Tine Logic IQ is operated by a Florida limited liability company ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what the Tine Logic IQ app collects, what we do with it, and how you can delete it. We wrote it in plain language because that is what we would want to read.

The short version. You do not need to give us your name, email or password. Your photos are sent over an encrypted connection to our server and to Anthropic's Claude API so the app can estimate antler measurements. Location data is stripped from photos before they leave your phone. We do not run ads, sell data, track you across other apps, or include an analytics SDK. You can delete your scores, your photos and your whole account inside the app.

1. Your account

When you first open the app it creates an anonymous account identifier for you. That is a random ID, not your name. We do not require a name, an email address or a password.

If you want to sign in to the same trophy log on another device, you can add an email address in Settings. That is optional. If you add one, we store it with your account and use it only to sign you in and to answer support requests you send us.

2. Photos

The app works by looking at photos of deer and elk: a harvested rack for a score, or a live buck for a Field Judge call. Here is exactly what happens to them.

3. Scores and the text you type

Each score includes the estimated measurements, the computed scores and anything you type for that rack, such as a name for it, the harvest date, a location and notes. All of that is optional and is stored with that score in your account. You can edit or delete it at any time.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and one time purchases are handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) and RevenueCat, a subscription management service that tells the app whether your purchase is active. We receive purchase status, the product you bought and store transaction identifiers. We never see your card number or billing details. Those stay with Apple or Google.

5. What we do not do

6. Who sees your data

Nothing you score is visible to anyone else unless you share it. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can see that rack's photo, species, score, name, harvest date and location text, plus your hunter name or handle, until you stop sharing. If you post a rack to a hunting camp, the members of that camp see the same information. Your measurements are never shared. If you tag a harvest location, it stays private and is used only for the GPX or KML file you choose to export.

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work, and only for that purpose.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service. We do not share your data with anyone else.

7. Where your data lives

Our database and photo storage run on Supabase in the United States. If you use the app from outside the United States, your data is transferred to and stored in the United States.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your scores and photos until you delete them or delete your account. Purchase records may be kept as long as the stores and our accounting require. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request.

9. Deleting your data

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. This deletes your photos, your scores and your account. You can also delete any single score from the trophy log. If you cannot get into the app, email support@tinelogiciq.com and we will delete it for you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

10. Your rights

You can access or delete your data in the app at any time, or ask us by email. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, or to object to how it is used. Email support@tinelogiciq.com and we will respond within 2 business days.

11. Children

Tine Logic IQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, email us and we will delete the account.

12. Security

Data moves between your phone, our server and our providers over encrypted connections. Photos and scores are stored privately under your account ID. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not upload anything you would not want stored.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will post the new version here with a new effective date and note it in the app.
